Australia beat Serbia 2-1 in their final Group D game, a result that saw both teams crash out of the 2010 World Cup.
Australia took a two goal lead thanks to efforts from Everton's Tim Cahill and Brett Holman, before Serbia grabbed a late consolation from Marko Pantelic.
