Outrageous handball!
Monday's match between Wigan and Man City saw one of the most outrageous handballs ever and yet the referee failed to send Wigan's Maynor Figueroa off! Despite the fact that Sergio Aguero probably would have scored if not for Figueroa's handball referee Martin Atkinson only gave a yellow card! Check out the footage above.
