Woody Harrelson made his name in 80s sitcom Cheers. A reformed sex addict and environmentalist eco warrior he took a break from acting but since his comeback he's been on a roll with flicks like No Country for Old Men, Zombieland and got an Oscar nomination for his role in war drama The Messenger.

And he's looking nailed on for another Oscar nod for Rampart where Woody plays a vigilante cop in 90s LA who's being set up to take the fall for a police brutality scandal hitting the headlines in a film penned by the writer of L.A. Confidential. Boozing, cruising and out of control the renegade is out for revenge...

Also starring Ice Cube, Sigourney Weaver and Boardwalk Empire's Steve Buscemi Rampart is in cinemas February 24
