We're pretty damn excited at the prospect of this year's Comic-Con which is set to showcase the year's hot upcoming comicbook movies. And with the likes of The Dark Knight Rises and the brand new Superman on offer, we reckon this is the year that the geek convention goes mainstream.

The official magazine has been sent out to attendees, and there's a sneak peek at one of the other hotly tipped superhero features on the cover: The Amazing Spider-Man.

The cover has a brand new shot of Peter Parker and his girl Gwen Stacy, played byreal-life couple Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone who got together making the film.

The Amazing Spider-Man co-stars Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen and Sally Field and is due in cinemas on July 3rd in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D.
