Halo 4 Infinity explained!
This is all kinds of awesome. It's first proper details of Halo 4's online, multiplayer mode, called "Infinity". Infinity is actually a three-and-a-mile-long UNSC ship that's an enormous, all-encompassing training facility. It's so big that there's room for all the outdoor environments we're used to sticking our Master Chief into, for shooty shenanigans.
So there are different modes, obviously. War Games is your standard, competitive online play. But Spartan Ops is the doozy. It's a weekly, cinematic series set aboard the ship, with a new episode per week in a continuing story arc. Plus 5 co-op missions.
And the cost of all this? Absolutely naff all. God bless you, Microsoft.
