Back in the 70s top telly cop show The Sweeney starred John Thaw (Morse) and Dennis Waterman (Minder) as a couple of no nonsense coppers in London's Flying Squad fighting fire with fire chasing down some proper naughty villains!
So who better to take the reigns for a cockney carve up big screen reboot than Nick Love? The director of The Business and The Football Factory has cast Ray Winstone and Ben Drew (aka Plan B) as Regan and Carter in Barney Rubble trying to stop dodgy geezer Paul Anderson (The Firm) pulling a heist.
