Robert Downey Jr returns as the canned crusader up against nuclear-powered nemesis Whiplash - the awesome Mickey Rourke. Samuel L Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow are back for the sequel while buxom saucepot Scarlett Johansson takes her bow as Black Widow.
Now Stark has gone public with his alter ego he's up against it and rumour has it the Iron one gets it on with the ladies in a menage a trois. That suit might get in the way though...
