MMA enters the Octagon!

For yonks the only choice you had for playing ultimate fighting games were THQ's rather excellent UFC games, or playing with "man dolls" on your bedroom floor. But now a new scrapper's entered the virtual octagon: EA's MMA.

That's "mixed martial arts", obviously. And it's gotten right up the UFC's nose, who have refused to allow any of their scrappers to get involved with this game. So the roster is all non-official UFC fighers, but with Strikeforce stars Brett Rogers and Jake Shields, plus others, it still has a great pedigree.

Anyway, they say competition's always a good thing, and we're interested to see how MMA can shake up the market. View the vid and see what you think. It'll be out on your fancy dan boxes later this year.
