It takes some serious guts to have ten cosmetic surgeries in one sitting, but for Heidi Montag it was all in a day's work. Blonde, beautiful and bouncing her way all over LA, Montag has had almost everything on her face and body improved or expanded. Not that we're complaining. The twenty-three-year-old started out in reality show, Laguna Beach alongside fellow Sexy Celeb, Lauren Conran. Montag and Conran lived together in the spin off series The Hills but alas, the super sexy pair fell out over a man. Montag began dating Spencer Pratt in 2006 much to the annoyance of Conran. The final straw came in the shape of Conran believing Pratt and Montag to have started a rumour about her starring in a secret sex-tape. Since then, bikini babe Heidi has appeared on numerous television shows and has even released an album. Sadly the album flopped and left us hoping Heidi would just stick to what she's good at - being hot.
