Sophie Charlene Akland Monk has had her fingers in a lot of pies in her time. The English born Australian is a singer, actress and model. Sophie’s first job was as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator at Warner Bros Movie World. Using those experiences, she auditioned for girl band, Bardot where she got the attention of the judges with her rendition of ‘Happy Birthday Mr. President.’ Bardot became a huge success and their debut single and album both hit number one. Thirty-year-old Sophie moved into the world of acting in 2004. She starred in Blink – 182’s music video ‘Always.’ (Skip to 2 minutes 10 seconds. Her jeans come off.) In 2006 she had starring roles in Date Movie and Click. Our favourite Sophie Monk moment comes in the shape of US TV show, Entourage. Check out season four, episode seven. The title of the episode is too naughty for us to say, which we think you’ll agree, can only be a good sign.
