The likes of U2 and Guinness can claim to be the best thing that’s ever come out of Ireland – but there’s no doubt that Nadine Coyle is the sexiest thing to come out of the Emerald Isle!
Born in Derry in 1985, Nadine almost became part of another girl band before Girls Aloud, when she won a place in the girl band from the Irish version of Popstars. However, she had to drop out as it emerged that she was underage.
But now Nadine is very much a woman (and a fine one at that) and she helped form one of the biggest girl bands in the world when she won Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, alongside Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding.
